Swag is Becoming Employment Hero Work (EH Work) | Effective 13 January 2025
We’re excited to announce that your employment app, Swag, will officially be rebranding to Employment Hero Work (EH Work) on 13 January 2025. This is not a migration, and no action is required on your part other than to communicate with your team. Here’s everything you need to know:
- No Action Required: The app will automatically update to the new name on 13 January 2025. You and your team can continue using the app as usual with the same features, functionality, and login details.
- Advance Notifications:
- In-app notifications for employees will begin on 5 December 2024 to ensure a seamless transition.
- A notification about the change will appear on the payroll dashboard starting 3 December 2024.
2FA Requirement for Access to Sensitive Information on Mobile Reactivated | Effective 9 December 2024
To strengthen security, 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) will be reactivated for all Payroll users accessing sensitive information through the Swag mobile app.
From 9 December 2024, 2FA will be required to view:
- Bank Accounts
- Pay Slips
- Employer and Tax Office-related documents, letters, certificates, and forms (region-specific)
- Super Funds (AU)
- KiwiSaver (NZ)
These changes aim to enhance data security and protect user information.
