New email address for user accounts
Previously, Intacct operated with a single primary email address shared between contact records and user accounts. Any changes made to the contact record would automatically reflect in the associated user’s account information.
The introduction of the new account email address is a proactive measure to enhance security. This email address is now accessible only to two designated users: yourself and your company administrators. By limiting its availability, we are ensuring greater privacy and safeguarding against unauthorised access.
The implementation of the new account email address streamlines communication, especially for users encountering login-related issues. Moreover, it guarantees a reliable channel for receiving crucial account information while mitigating the risk of unauthorised alterations.
