Sage Evolution runs on Microsoft SQL Server. The supported versions are:
- SQL 2012 Server
- SQL 2014 Server
- SQL 2016 Server
- SQL 2017 Server
- SQL 2019 Server
SQL Standard Editions are recommended (not SQL Express Editions).
If you are implementing a stand-alone SQL server that will run the Sage Evolution database, we recommend the following guidelines that cover the majority of use cases.
Note: Please contact us to install and configure SQL server to our preferred configuration. Please do not install SQL Server as its possible we will be uninstalling it and re-installing.
